This workshop will be focused on teaching the skill of Graphical Facilitation. Graphical Facilitation is the art of drawing ideas, lessons, and training on flip-chart paper (or other digital mediums if applicable) in lieu of the dreaded power point slide decks. GF has many positive outcomes, including higher engagement during training, and it is a great “leave behind” artifact for the teams being trained which can be reference long after the traditional projector has cooled off. Graphical Facilitation also forces us to think simply and effectively as teachers, it helps us boil down topics to really what is important. It is a great skill to add to any facilitator’s toolbox!
