Debra Levantrosser is a visionary leader, educator, and entrepreneur with a global track record of driving transformation through Lean thinking across diverse industries. With executive experience at Johnson & Johnson, Ford, PwC, Exide Technologies, and Vassar Brothers Hospital, Debra has led operational excellence efforts in over 50 countries and across three continents.

She currently teaches engineering at the University of Michigan and advises partner companies on Lean methods, while also running Shimmy Shack—Michigan’s first vegan and gluten-free food truck and wholesale bakery. As the founder of a consulting firm, she provides executive coaching, facilitation, strategic planning, and change management services.
