ADM is a nutrition company whose purpose is to “Unlock Nature and Enrich Lives”. Prior to his time with ADM, Dan was the Plant Manager and Lean Champion for Micron Manufacturing Company, a Shingo Silver Medallion winning precision machined products company. Dan’s Ikigai is to help others become who they are meant to be.
