Shayne Daughenbaugh

About:

Shayne Daughenbaugh is a dynamic professional with a good amount of experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. As a certified Black Belt, he spent 5 years embedded with the Department of Transportation through the Center of Operational Excellence at the State of Nebraska, collaborating with various state agencies to enhance business practices, streamline processes, and provide training on Lean Six Sigma implementation.

Before his tenure with the state, Shayne honed his leadership skills as an outside sales rep and operations manager for a small electrical company in Lincoln. However, much of his career was dedicated to pastoral work. During this time, Shayne served as a chaplain for the fire department, a mentor in Big Brother/Big Sister, and led volunteer teams in both domestic and international projects.

Beyond his professional achievements, Shayne is a devoted family man, cherishing his wife and two grown kids. An avid enthusiast of diverse interests, he enjoys challenging himself, trying new activities, and spending quality time with friends. Shayne’s eclectic tastes range from 80’s hair bands, craft beer, and sci-fi movies to a guilty pleasure for the Sharknado series. Originally from Colorado, he has called Michigan, California, Oregon, and now Nebraska home.
