Priya Oscar is an Executive Lean Leader at GE Aerospace Finance with over 20 years of experience in finance roles across GE’s Commercial Engine Services and Defense & Systems divisions. In the past five years, she has led Lean transformations within both GE Aerospace and Corporate, helping finance teams simplify processes and solve complex problems. Currently part of the GE Aerospace Finance Kaizen Promotion Office, Priya brings a passion for continuous learning, operational excellence, and impactful change. She holds an MBA in Finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research in Mumbai and enjoys reading, snorkeling, and exploring new ideas.
