Before launching his consultancy, Shayne spent five years leading improvement efforts across Nebraska’s state agencies through the Department of Transportation and the Center of Operational Excellence. He’s a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and also serves as a regional director with Win Together, helping local governments build cultures of continuous improvement.
