Tilo Schwarz is an author, speaker, and founder of the Kata Coaching Dojo, where he helps leaders cultivate team creativity, adaptability, and a scientific way of thinking through coaching and continuous practice. As a former plant manager, Tilo led his team to win the A.T. Kearney “Factory of the Year” award and earn second place in the WHU/INSEAD “Best Factory” competition. Since 2007, he has been a pioneering practitioner of Toyota Kata, working closely with Mike Rother during its foundational development. Tilo regularly shares his expertise through books, workshops, and speaking engagements with global companies and leadership forums.
