Directions : Watch the Videos and then take the quiz. Some of the answers are short answers and will be review before graded. Also do not forget to submit your Project Charter, SIPOC Diagram and Gantt Chart at the bottom of this page.

Watch these Sigma XL videos: (optional, but highly recommended)

1. Complete your Project Charter and a SIPOC Diagram (both available in Sigma XL), and Draft your Gantt Chart Click link below and open Gantt Chart template, or use one of your own.

Upload Project Charter, SIPOC Diagram, and Gantt Chart, using the upload area at the bottom of this homework.

2. Watch the following video on “Fishbone Diagrams” and answer questions in today’s quiz section.
