Homework for Day 4:

1. Draw a Process Diagram with Inputs and Outputs for any process in your company that you are familar with.  Label the inputs and the outputs with the names of the variables.

   Take a photo of your diagram ( or copy / paster ) and post the photo in this email before your return it to anita@lean6sigmatraining.co.uk

2. What is the most efficient and quickest way to reduce Variability in the Outputs of your process ?

1. Write down the most basic form of a Regression Equation
2. Why is a Regression Analysis useful for improvement of processes?
3. What does an R-Squared value of 0.9 indicate ?  ( This is also sometime shown as 90% )
4. How many months can it typically take to reduce the variation in your process from an ‘Out of Control’ to an ‘In Control’  state?
