The Going PRO Talent Fund awards funds to employers for training, developing, and retaining current and newly hired employees. Training funded by the Talent Fund must be short-term and fill a demonstrated talent need experienced by the employer. It must also lead to a credential for a skill that is transferable and recognized by industry.
- Classroom or customized training
- On-the-job training for new employees
- Apprenticeships for first-year US Department of Labor (USDOL) Registered Apprentices

Yellow Belt Certification
This course provides a foundational understanding of Lean methodology and operational excellence, enabling participants to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Emphasizing root cause analysis and data-driven performance management, graduates are equipped to drive tangible results and foster a culture of excellence within their organizations.
Green Belt Certification
This course equips participants to streamline processes, boost business performance, and excel in problem-solving. Graduates are primed to contribute to Green Belt initiatives, leveraging data analysis and project management skills to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainable outcomes across organizations.
Black Belt Certification
This course empowers professionals to lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects, engaging stakeholders across organizational levels. Covering advanced topics like DMAIC, Statistical Analysis, and Risk Mitigation, participants refine their skills to drive significant process improvements and achieve measurable results. Graduates emerge ready to navigate project complexities and drive transformative change in their organizations.
Lean Leader Certification
The key to organizational transformation lies in inspiring behavioral change. Lean Leadership cultivates a culture of continuous improvement through worker engagement, communication, and decision making. This program blends tools, concepts, and coaching techniques to empower efficient and effective leadership for organizational improvement.
Agile Certification
Agile is an iterative approach to project management. It helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer headaches. It reduces reliance on betting everything on a “big bang” launch. Work is delivered in small, but consumable, increments. Requirements, plans, and results are evaluated continuously so teams have a natural mechanism for responding to change.
